Through extensive experience of environmental design principles, climate analysis and detailed computer modeling, our involvement begins in the early stages by helping clients determine the project’s energy targets, in light of legislation and market opportunities. This is followed by a detailed climate analysis and guidance to the design team. We then develop passive design solutions in close collaboration with the architects and test their effectiveness via computer-based environmental modeling tools. Benefits are quantified and financial assessment is carried out. Finally, the project is bench-marked and assessed for legislation and certification requirements.
